Junk Box Giveaway Official Rules

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

The UntilGone.com Junk Box Giveaway (the “GiveAway”) is sponsored by UntilGone.com located at 15935 Main St NE, #2, Duvall, WA 98019 with a mailing address of PO Box 744, Duvall, WA 98019.  Participation and entry in the Giveaway shall be governed by the terms and conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY: The GiveAway is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States.  Employees of UntilGone.com or its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  The GiveAway will run continuously until terminated at the sole discretion of UntilGone.com with a new GiveAway contest period (“Contest Period”) for each Junk Box product listing.  Everyone who makes a purchase of that Junk Box will be entered to win.  Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.

By entering online, you agree to receive emails and/or SMS from UntilGone.com, which you can opt-out of at any time. Any time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Phone or Internet service provider will be your sole responsibility. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of any dispute about the identity of a winner based on email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of submission of the entry.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the GiveAway by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name, junk box you are entering for including the date of Contest Period you are entering, and email address to: UntilGone.com Junk Box Contest, PO Box 744, Duvall, WA 98019. Postcard entries must be legibly handwritten, include the Junk Box number, date of the Contest Period for which the user is entering, be received at least two business days prior to the Contest Period drawing to be included within the random drawing for that Contest Period, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the GiveAway per Contest Period.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be determined by random drawing, to be held on the next business day following 10 calendar days since the Junk Box listing was published. Winner will be selected from entries received for the current Contest Period (either via purchase of the junk box or via the Alternate Means of Entry). The potential winner(s) will be notified via the UntilGone.com junk box winner's page and linked from the listing for that Contest Period and sent to the email address submitted with the potential winner(s) entry. Winner(s) will have one week to accept the offered prize by emailing contests@untilgone.com after which UntilGone.com may select an alternative winner or none at all.  It is the sole responsibility of the contest winners to check the UntilGone.com daily deals email for the winning email address.  UntilGone.com will have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive a prize notice due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information.  The drawing will be conducted by UntilGone.com who will act as the judge of the Contest and whose decisions on all matters relating to the GiveAway shall be final.   

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Prizes and approximate retail value will be listed in each Junk Box product listing.  Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during any given Contest Period. Prizes will be awarded as UntilGone Gift Cards with a value equal to the then current sales price of the prize listed.  No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize.  No prize transfer.

CONDITIONS: UntilGone.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the GiveAway (or portion thereof) at any time and for any reason. UntilGone.com also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, UntilGone.com reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party.  By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against UntilGone.com, its officers, its directors or any other persons or entities associated with this GiveAway. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless UntilGone.com from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or UntilGone.com’s use of any entry information.  Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Washington in King County.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to UntilGone.com, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the GiveAway entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. 

OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: For notification of the winners, send a legibly handwritten, self-addressed stamped envelope to: UntilGone.com GiveAway Contest Entries, PO Box 744, Duvall, WA 98019. The return address on the outside envelope, must match the self-addressed stamped envelope address.  Both outside and inside envelopes must be handwritten.  Requests for winners' lists must be received within one month after the end of the applicable Contest Period.
